The need
Questioning the norm.
After living abroad and witnessing other cultures rooted in tradition, heath, and community, Daniela began to question our society’s definition of success and its relentless obsession with productivity. What she saw wasn’t an asset, but a threat to our well-being and our collective potential to share our gifts with the world.
Burnout has become an epidemic.
Over half of U.S. workers (and nearly 60% of genetic counselors) report feeling burnt out. Younger generations are hit hardest, with two-thirds saying they feel too stressed to focus.
Burnout doesn’t exist in isolation.
It comes hand-in-hand with compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, disconnection, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, all of which can erode mental, physical and spiritual health.
There is no time for wellness that provides lasting change.
While well-being practices like creativity, movement, humor, meditation, self-compassion, and authentic connection are proven antidotes, they often become just one more task on an overflowing to-do list.
That’s where The Ōnda Collective comes in.
Utilizing time dedicated for professional education, participants don’t just learn about well-being tools, they practice them. The exercises have measurable impact in reducing burnout, increasing connectivity, self-compassion, and reigniting meaning in both work and life.
It’s not a fast-fix.
At its heart, Ōnda invites a new rhythm, one that loosens the grip of society’s pressures and returns us to a life of balance, connection, and genuine well-being.
