What you'll explore: We spend our careers supporting others through their hardest moments. This series is about finally turning that care inward. Through guided reflection and self-assessment along with hands-on creativity (yes, you'll paint), and evidence-based strategies, you'll build a practice of self-care that sticks. We submit to NSGC for certificates at the end of each month. NSGC will then upload your certificate into your portal, typically by the end of the 2nd month but their turnaround time varies.
